1 General Information and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the pinup platform and all services operated under it. By using pinup's website, mobile app or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and serve as the foundational document governing the relationship between the user and pinup. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version of these Terms will be considered final.

2 Account Registration and Verification

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus is in no way a substitute for cash — it is credit usable for placing bets.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
• It may not be possible to have another bonus active at the same time as an existing one.
• The contribution of a bonus may vary depending on the game or bet type.
• pinup reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspicious betting patterns or bonus abuse.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and games at pinup are governed by specific rules. Separate game-specific rules apply to each category — sports betting, casino games, slots and live casino.

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet placed during a technical error, network issue or abnormal circumstance may be considered void. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the account.

6.2 Multi Bets and Parlays

For multi bets, a full win applies only if all selections are correct. If even one selection is wrong, the entire bet is considered lost. Example: a ৳100 multi bet on three selections at odds of 1.40, 1.70 and 1.90 gives a total return of ৳452, but all three must win.

6.3 Result Determination

Official results are used to settle sports bets. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the relevant rules. For detailed rules, refer to the rules section of the relevant sport.

7 Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pinup platform:

• Providing false or misleading information in an account
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an artificial advantage (bonus abuse)
• Using computer programs, bots or automated software to place bets or play games
• Allowing a third party to use or selling your account
• Exploiting any technical error on the platform
• Conducting fraudulent activities against other users
• Using this platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities

8 Account Suspension and Closure

A user may close their account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via live chat or email.

8.1 Closure by pinup

pinup may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months)
• Suspicious or illegal activity

8.2 Funds After Account Closure

Unless the account is closed due to a violation of the Terms, any balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned via the registered payment method. However, bonus amounts that have not completed wagering are not refundable.

9 Personal Data and Privacy

pinup gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal data. Information collected during registration and use is used solely for the purposes of providing the service, verifying identity and maintaining security.
